Justin and Sarah Francis are from Poplar Bluff. They have two children. Justin graduated from TRC before moving to Louisville, Ky to finish his undergrad and M.Div. at Southern Seminary. Justin’s love for the ministry of the BSU comes from his time as a college student at Three Rivers. He is the pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Doniphan, Mo.
